The planning side of your wedding, kept in one calm place

A checklist that counts back from your date, every supplier with what you still owe, and a seating plan that only shows the guests who said yes. It sits next to your invitations and RSVPs, so nothing gets copied between spreadsheets.

What does a wedding planning app actually do?

It keeps the jobs, the money and the guests in one place so nothing slips. Ours gives you a checklist of about 75 steps spread over the months you have, your suppliers with what each costs and what you still owe, and a seating plan that only shows the guests who said yes.

Because it sits next to your invitations and RSVPs, the numbers flow through on their own: replies fill the seating plan, and the checklist knows your date. Still setting the total? Try our free wedding budget calculator first. The checklist comes with Essentials ($59 AUD, paid once) and the seating planner with Signature ($99 AUD); your website and RSVPs are free on Starter.

How it works

Three things, kept up to date for you

  1. Set your date

The checklist spreads itself from today to the wedding, so a nine-month engagement and a two-year one both make sense.

  2. Book suppliers as you go

Shortlist, mark who's booked, and note quotes, deposits and balances. Each type shows a "book by" date counted back from your wedding.

  3. Seat the yeses

Once replies are in, drag guests onto tables with their dietary needs showing beside their names.

What's in the planner

A checklist timed to your date

About 75 steps spread over the months you actually have, including a reminder to ask your celebrant about the NOIM. Tick things off and the next jobs move up.

Suppliers and money owing

Shortlist venues and suppliers, mark who is booked, and keep the quote, deposit and balance due for each one in Australian dollars.

Seating that follows the RSVPs

Only guests who have accepted appear, with their dietary needs beside their name. Drag them onto tables, or tap a guest and then a table.

Plan it together

Your checklist, guest list, website and invitations live in one account, so you're never chasing which version is the latest.

An app, a spreadsheet or a planning book?

They all hold a to-do list. The difference is whether it knows your date and your guests.
